"Wow! Alden came the same day. He understood exactly what needed to be done and did it for a very reasonable charge. He did not try to sell me roofing services I did not need. I found out he has been in the business since he was 10 years old. Basically he is a genuine expert you can trust."

I was very pleased."

"My roof looks great. They did a great job getting the dark mold off the shingles and also did a great job with the cleanup. I recommend these guys highly."

"I was very happy and impressed how fast and a clean job that was done to my roof. I had a leak by my skylight. I had a different roofing company install my skylight and it leaked weeks later! So I called the company back and got no response. So I called Virginia Pride and they came fast and fixed my skylight for a reasonable price for $740. Thank you for responding so quickly!"

"We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"This was our second time using J & M. Great group of folks. The roof and siding look great. We gave a B because there were a few hiccups this go around. Not enough material was ordered to complete the shed. The crew left nails everywhere and we have 4 small dogs which was frustrating. It took longer than expected to have siding done. However, Melissa was very polite and did her best to accommodate us. We would definitely use them again for our future siding or roofing needs despite the length of time that it took this time."
