"Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work."

"Complete Basement Systems installed a Window Well Sump Pump for us. Although the weather was not cooperating, they went ahead and installed the Pump as intended and the Electrical was installed about a week later. Overall a top quality and professional job!"

"I was initially contacted by a simple door to door inquiry on whether or not I needed this service. Coincidently (or not) my neighborhood experienced a recent hail storm. I took this opportunity to have them inspect my roof to determine whether damage had occurred. I'm a jack of many trades and always willing to learn more so I went onto the roof with them and had them explained to me what they were looking for and their reasoning. I knew enough to tell if they were on the up and up and I must say Hart Roofing knew their business. We then sat down and opened a claim with my insurance company. A week or so later the insurance company and Hart Roofing inspected the roof together along with other aspects of possible hail damage around my house and the claim was justified. A check was issued and we scheduled to have the work done. Within a few days and maybe a week before they had scheduled the job they brought the material. Roofing is one of those things that clearly is impacted by weather and although my schedule was initially postponed it wasn't but another day or so before they started the work. On that day work started wouldn't you know it another thunderstorm was rolling through my neighborhood. I called Hart Roofing concerned and was assured that the roof had been sealed so no damage would occur. Upon my arrival home I did an inspection internally and confirmed there was no damage. However my next concern was if they would be able to complete the job that same day due to the delay. Well they stayed until the job was completed, This may not be the case every time depending on how large the roofing area is, But for my house they were able to do it. So in short I was extremely pleased with there effort the work and the communication throughout the process, And although not part of their business I was able to use them to gain other contacts to have additional work done to the house that was needed from the hail damage. Hart Roofing was exceptional and I would no doubt do business with again. SincerelyTony"

"The work was done by sub-contractors, supervised by a Metro supervisor who was very responsive.  First, the supervisor worked with our insurance company to agree on a price for the roofing, which took care of the full roofing job, less the deductible, which we paid.  We also upgraded the shingle style at our cost.
The job was done in two long days and the workmanship was excellent, with one exception:  One of the roofers used long nails over the eves, punching through exposed eve surfaces, leaving long nails exposed and splintering the wood on about half of our eves.  The other half of the eves were boxed in and were not a problem.  Metro hired another sub contractor to come back and cut off the nails and sand and caulk the splintered surfaces so that they are prepared for painting, which we planned to do soon.  The repair work was done in a timely fashion.
The roofers installed several roof vents, metal flashing all around, and painted all exposed metal vents and flashing to match the roof color.  There were some broken siding shingles at the roof-siding junction, which we will need to replace.
A separate sub-contractor removed and installed our gutters and down spouts in one day, and did an excellent job.  They are very solid and look neat and professional.
The Metro supervisor stayed with the project until we were satisfied and was very responsive.
