"The salesperson Jerry came out and gave us (wife and I) an estimate to cover three window wells. He explained everything and showed us a demo with one in his car. It took a few days for us to decide that this was the style/type of window well cover, but when we called back he was able to set up the appointment to have the work done and honored the original estimated price. <br /> About a week and a half later the installer Ward arrived to performed the installation. He was a bit late in arriving, but once he started it only took about 2 hours for him to custom build the covers on the spot. I was able to run to work, and then come back when he finished in time to inspect everything and complete payment. <br /> Overall, job well done. <br />"
