"Everything from the first contact from Hennessey, to completion of the job exceeded our expectations. The company representative came within a couple of days exactly at the time he quoted, and spent as much time as we wanted examining the roof, explaining the details and products available. The bid came back the next day. We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. "The project was to replace the roof on the house and garage which totaled about 21 squares. Joe showed up on short notice to meet with the Insurance adjuster. The roof replacement was complete in 8 days of when this visit with the Insurance adjuster was complete. Heartland Construction Services completed The house and garage roof in one day which included tear down and re-roofing!! I did had a leak around my chimney which has been a trouble area on the house. I called Heartland on Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend and their Foreman came out that night for a temporary repair. The Foreman then returned on Wednesday to repair the leak prone chimney. This repair was extremely thorough and a construction work of art!! With great communication and workmanship I Highly recommend Heartland Construction Services!!"

"I had 2 people bid the project, and Joe's quote was for significantly less. His crews were very nice to deal with and did a superb job of tear down, trash removal, and replacement. I am chemically sensitive, and the last time I had an asphalt shingle roof replaced, I was ill for 6 months. Joe was very helpful in getting me samples of EcoStar shingles, which have a lot fewer VOCs, to sniff test, and so I could choose a color. He was willing to install this non-standard roof, and to use a specific low VOC ice and water shield. As a result, I was not sick after this replacement. He also organized gutter replacement, which went flawlessly, and replaced 4 skylights. There were some problems with the sky lights, and he called in the dealership to repair the problems, which have now been fixed. I think the measure of a business is in how they deal with the problems that come up. Joe did an excellent job making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction."

"<p>On July 28, 2016, my roof and skylights were pummeled by hail. Brendan Christenson (Sales / Account Manager for Advanced Exteriors) came by the very next day to apply tarps over the skylights and damaged roof areas. Kyle Anderson (Project Manager) was out when the adjustor arrived to survey the damage and document the items needing repair. Without Kyle’s help, we would have missed quite a lot of damage. My new skylights had to be custom ordered - which delayed the installation process by a few weeks. During this process, Brendan was in frequent contact - which eased my concerns - and said he was shooting for a seamless install for the roof and the 8 foot long skylights. To compensate for the delay - and ongoing weather concerns  - Brendan dispatched a very large crew for the job. My roof was finished by 10:30 on their second day off work! Overall, my experience with Advanced Exteriors was very positive! They were reassuringly professional and highly responsive to my concerns via phone or email. The roof and skylights were installed in-between bouts of extreme cold and snow. Having the larger crew to do the work when the weather cooperated was terrific. I was contacted immediately following the installation to see if I had questions or concerns. I am very pleased with the outcome (the roof and skylights look terrific) - and I would unequivocally recommend Advanced Exteriors to friends, family, and neighbors. Given that hundreds of homes were impacted by the hailstorm, and the numerous roofing companies ringing doorbells and seeking contracts, I feel quite fortunate to have chosen such an outstanding company to get the job done right! "Ryan came out to do an estimate to repair our roof, which had leaks around some solar panels and skylights. He was professional and courteous. He inspected the locations of the leaks, found some seals that had broken down, and found the rest of the roof was in good condition. In his review he showed pictures of what he found. He said it would take five minutes to apply a new seal in those areas and he&amp;amp;#39;d be happy to do it for free. I appreciate that he didn&amp;amp;#39;t try to push any services I didn&amp;amp;#39;t need, was friendly, and helpful.
