The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. "I had 2 people bid the project, and Joe's quote was for significantly less. His crews were very nice to deal with and did a superb job of tear down, trash removal, and replacement. I am chemically sensitive, and the last time I had an asphalt shingle roof replaced, I was ill for 6 months. Joe was very helpful in getting me samples of EcoStar shingles, which have a lot fewer VOCs, to sniff test, and so I could choose a color. He was willing to install this non-standard roof, and to use a specific low VOC ice and water shield. As a result, I was not sick after this replacement. He also organized gutter replacement, which went flawlessly, and replaced 4 skylights. There were some problems with the sky lights, and he called in the dealership to repair the problems, which have now been fixed. I think the measure of a business is in how they deal with the problems that come up. Joe did an excellent job making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction."
