"3 ceiling fans and 1 ceiling light were installed in 1 day as promised. I like that they text me a day before to confirm/remind me of the upcoming appointment, and that they show up on time. They were courteous and professional. They cleaned up, patched up, and vacuum after the job. I'm pleased with the job performed and would definitely use them again for any future electrical related jobs."

"As other reviews have stated the office staff is not responsive. I called on February 1st and was told the estimator was not available and I would receive a return call. I waited 8 days without a call so I called again. The receptionist "Candice" was able to find my information but did not offer any explanation as to why nobody called. She said that they could have somebody out this afternoon and that it would be $185 for 2 hours of troubleshooting and any repair so I agreed. I mentioned Angie's List and the coupon on the page that was for electrical - $20 off service of $150 or more. She told me it was an old coupon for solar. I explained it said electrical then she said it was expired so I told her there was no date on it. Finally she said they were not part of Angie's List anymore and that they would not honor the coupon. Kylar and Keith were the 2 technicians who came. Kylar called ahead and told me when they expected to be here. They were punctual and friendly. They determined that it was not the breaker but that there was a short in one of the wires leading to the breaker. Unfortunately they were not able to determine where the wire ran so they just disconnected the wire that was causing the breaker to trip. (In their defense I had not been able to find any plugs or switches that were not working since the breaker had tripped). They handled the other issue quickly as well. I was happy Keith and Kylar but disappointed in the poor response from the office staff and the refusal to honor the coupon."

I would highly recommend this company for electrical needs... he was very professional upon his arrival, explained step by step what he found and what the repair required... "He was prompt, knowledgeable, fast and polite. He was very easy to talk to and was not pushy. He did a great job on installing my ceiling fan. A few days later he came back to replace an old smoke detector. I purchased the smoke detector, but it was a wrong one. He went down to Home Depot to exchange it and got a better one. He paid the extra $30 for it, but I paid him back when he got back to the house. Moneywise: The ceiling fan price was great, but the second day price for three small projects was high. Reason being, the day of the ceiling fan install, he said he would stop by on his way home to install the smoke detector. The way he said it I thought he was just doing it as a favor. That he was not going to charge me the service fee. So I was surprised at the amount of the bill. Overall, though, very good company."

"Powercore Electrical was able to fit our repair requests in their schedule the day after we used the Angie app. One request was to fix a dimmer light switch for the kitchen overhead lights. The LED lights were incompatible with the dimmer so Powercore replaced the dimmer with a regular switch. The second issue was a loose outlet plug. Powercore had appropriate sized screws to to fix the problem. The third request was to fix the non functional light in the attic. Powercore traced the wire and found a loose connection that was repaired. While Powercore was here we also requested quotes for three electrical projects. Powercore was very helpful in explaining the techniques and options available to implement each project. We are presently waiting for those quotes and if we decide to progress with the projects we will list those projects under a separate Angie listing. If we have additional electrical problems in the future we plan to call Powercore again."
