"The team at Meticulous Plumbing were professional, responsive, detail oriented and polite. Equally important, the Meticulous Plumbing team stood behind their work. I had a new tankless water heater installed by Mike (master plumber). Installation went fine, but the unit produced an odd thumping noise. Mike came back out to diagnose it, installed some additional gadgets, but the unit still produced the odd thumping noise. After Mike’s and my calls to the manufacturers help line to try to figure this out, Mike had the local manufacturer rep onsite along with Leo (owner of Meticulous Plumbing). The trio diagnosed what the issue was and the rep authorized a new replacement unit. However, upon arrival at the Meticulous Plumbing shop, the replacement unit appeared to have the same issue. Giving credit where credit is due, Leo & Mike, using good old-fashioned DIY skills, came up with a simple solution. The new unit was installed with the DIY fix and it’s been running as quiet as a church mouse ever since. In my experience, it’s rare to see a firm stand behind their work to the extent that Mike & Leo did. Hats off to them and the entire Meticulous Plumbing team."

"It went great. Tim was able to quickly identify what was happening and by running a snake down the pipe he was able to determine where the end was. Luckily it wasn't under my concrete pad, but it was left 4 feet from the edge of the street with a cap on it. He quickly dug down to the pipe, dug a trench to the street access, and fitted a new section of pipe so it would drain correctly. I would highly recommend his work, and I will be using again for future plumbing needs. <br />"
