"They found two 6 foot by 3 foot sink holes when they were preparing the land for the patio pavers.  For an additional $200 they brought in stones and filled both holes.  The patio is 15' x 20' in shades of grey stone and is exactly what I wanted.  Afterward they even put down grass seed and hay where their equipment had made a path into the yard.  I would never have expected that and was very thankful they thought to do so.  I would highly recommend them.

Very nice work setting pavers, setting trim pavers on edges, trimming pavers to fit where driveway wasn't square, and applying polymeric sand to seal joints."

"I was very happy with the flagstone patio work performed by Pro Landscapes. Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."

"I found these guys on Angi and submitted a request for a quote. About 5 to 10 minutes later Ed called me and said he could be by in about 2 hours and gave me a quick quote. He showed up on time, was very fast and efficient, and my yard looks great! I usually prefer to do the work myself, but work didn't allow any time for that this week, so these guys were a huge relief. 10/10 would definitely hire again, maybe for some more landscaping work."

"ATD came out first to provide an estimate and talk through some ideas because i wasn't quite sure what i wanted them to plant. Once that was figured out they came out on the agreed upon date and performed everything we talked about. The yard looked great when they left. The issue started a week after they left when one of the trees they planted started dropping leaves. I contacted them and they said it was probably just tree shock and the tree should bounce back. That didn't happen and more leaves fell off so i contacted them again. They sent someone out to fertilize the tree at no cost to me. Needless to say the tree continued to die so i contacted them again and again to give them updates on my dying tree. During this period it would take them a week or so to get back to me always with some excuse. I finally asked them to replace the tree for free since i obviously got a bum tree (the other two trees i had them plant were doing just fine). They said that the trees weren't guaranteed and they intimated that the tree dying was my fault. They offered me a small discount on the tree cost to replace it. Honestly I was quite shocked when i got this response. This to me was such poor customer service. They charge a premium for their services but they don't guarantee the products they plant. Every nursery i have ever gone to has offered free tree replacements if the tree dies. And the issue started happening within a week of the tree being planted not months later. At the end of it all, they did replace the tree for only $50 but quite honestly i don't think i should have had to pay that but it was cheaper than buying the same tree from Home Depot so i agreed."

"Removed old concrete patio: This was an old 1963-era concrete slab. Massive. Mike & his team brought in jackhammers and made quick work of it. Waterproofing: Removing the old slab revealed a damaged (and possibly leaking) portion of the house wall, which Mike's team repaired well. Replaced with new patio: Mike's team poured a new cement layer, then installed a new flagstone patio surface on top of that. Also a new step (concrete with flagstone exterior) at the door threshold. They also re-installed an iron railing which had been part of the original patio configuration. The job went well in all respects. We're happy with the team's work and with the new patio. I've worked with Mike and Diversified Contractors several times now. Each time, Mike has had good ideas & suggestions. Each time, his team has demonstrated excellent skills. Again, I'm looking forward to our next project."
