There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

James is responsive, honest, hard working and friendly. He listened to my criteria for windows, made a recommendation and wrote up an estimate. He did not try to push me into a more expensive window than I needed. He gave me all the information on low/medium/high quality/price and let me make my own decision. I told him that my policy is to get 3 estimates and he was very encouraging of that practice. This was in no way a "hard sell". Since my major goal with the new windows was noise reduction, I opted for a triple paned, coated window on the side with my noisy neighbors and a standard double paned model for the other side. They got to work right away. They were very respectful of my home and of me. A few hours later, they were done! Clean-up was excellent as well. It does my soul good to know such honest and hardworking people are out there. I recommend James heartily."
