"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. "I was pleased with the initial contact by their sales rep. Not once was I told I needed to have both homeowner's at the appointment before they would offer us an estimate. During the appointment all product options were presented in detail. A written estimate was provided at this first meeting.
