"We contacted Wells Professional Painting (Steve & Julie) September 2022 as we were wanted to have the exterior of the home stained/painted & several repairs completed prior to winter. They promptly came out and reviewed the house, discussed what needed to be completed and provided us with an reasonable estimate for the work to be completed. As with all quality professionals, they were booked out several months and were honest about being able to complete the work prior to the weather changing. The weather did not cooperate, but Steve & Julie did accommodate our need of having several of the repairs completed prior to winter and would not accept any payment until all the work had been completed. Fast forward to spring, they and their team came and did a beautiful job painting (solid stain) the house. Their entire crew was respectful, polite, hardworking, & cleaned up after themselves each day they were here. They were most accommodating with the changes and additions that were done throughout the project. Would definitely recommend them."

"I requested a roof inspection to investigate a leak. Leak cause was determined, but the inspector also found unrelated hail damage. At inspector's suggestion, I successfully proceeded to obtain a roof replacement via insurance claim and upgraded the gutters. They were a great company to work with. Communication throughout the process could have been improved, but it was sufficient. I will use Signature Exteriors again, if needed."

"<p>Although the description of my review says "Painting -- Exterior" work, the work I had done was interior. </p> <p>I've had two tall bookcases with doors (solid wood, stained) for almost 20 years. In my new home I wanted to "install" them in the living room to create a sort of library wall, but wanted them to match the white baseboards and trim. Ran gave me an estimate via email, picked them up, and a few weeks later delivered two beautiful white bookcases, as promised, just in time for a visit from my family at Thanksgiving. They were dry enough to put books on the day they came home and they look terrific. Ran is very professional, responded very quickly to any and all inquiries and the quality of his work is exceptional. It was absolutely money well spent. I don't believe I could have purchased bookcases of this quality for double the cost, and am so happy with how they look. Friends and family have been very complimentary as well. I will absolutely use Finishing Touch again the next time I need furniture refinished or refurbished.</p> <br />"

"The power washing was fine. I couldn't really tell a difference in the overall appearance of the exterior of the house - however in all fairness, my husband and I had power washed the house ourselves a week or two prior to the beginning of this project. <br /> <br /> The stain used on the project was a great match to the existing color. <br /> <br /> The Shepherd's company team members used drop clothes and properly covered all the windows and doors prior to staining. <br /> <br /> The entire exterior was sprayed and then touch ups were done with a brush. <br /> <br /> The deck finish was not good during the first go around, but they came back and refinished the deck floor and it looked good. <br /> <br /> I asked for a small amount of both the exterior stain and the deck stain to be left with us so that we could touch up if need be. They were more than happy to accommodate this request. <br /> <br /> While the price was a little steep - it wasn't out of line with other bids. <br /> <br /> Overall we are very happy with the job done by Shepherds - we will use them again."

"They did a good job; I would hire them again. I received 3 bids on the job, and Gold Seal was the cheapest. I know, "you get what you pay for" but there are lots of things to fix in this house so I have to stretch the budget. They responded immediately to my request for bid, had someone out right away for the estimate, and kept following up until we were able to agree on a date. They convinced me the quality of paint they selected was just fine, and it was. They did everything as agreed, and it turned out great. I also appreciate they took the job, as I know it wasn't the biggest job around."
