He was one of the few contractors I contacted that actually called me back and provided an estimate.  He was also willing to deal with my insurance company if necessary regarding weather damage to the roof.  I work overnights and they were there every morning by the time I got home from work already working.  They tried to keep the noise down so I could sleep (of course that was easier said than done). "Donnie the owner of Hilltop Home Repairs, was excellent. He called to verify our time of service and when I had a last-minute change in the date of install he worked with me. When he arrived at my home he wore his face mask the entire-time and was conscious of his an our well being while interacting. Santa had brought me a dog door for Christmas and I had a very narrow area that it would fit in to really work for the house. I am talking less than a .5 inch in two directions and it wouldn't work. He was careful to lay out all the work area, checking it twice to show me how it thought it would work best. The install ended up being a tad bit harder than the video made it, but it fit perfectly in the space and turned out awesome. When done with that project he checked on an electrical issue with me and solved it as well. I would recommend Donnie to anyone needed a project completed in a timely, professional, and cost-effective manner. I will be calling him for my next major project in the spring of a bathroom remodel."

I had previously chosen another company to do the work but they wanted 50% of the money up front and wanted to charge me almost 2X the amount I ended up paying with Spartan Ram Jack. Also, they did not want any money from me until the work was completed to my satisfaction. The crew was professional and although they had to dig almost 8 feet down to complete the project, I could not tell that they had displaced anything unless I knew what to look for. I would recommend them for any type of foundation work that you might need."

"Doug was referred to me by a friend in the construction industry and we are very happy with our new basement.  Doug gave us his bid over the summer.  We were particularly impressed with how he itemizes his quotes.  He shared up-front the cost of materials and building and shared how he would charge for his work in the process.  I cannot emphasize enough how professional I found Doug and Gina to be in this business process.  Doug would give us frequent updates and share how things were going.  As we moved along he asked us for our input regarding building options and finishings.  We were very thankful that he personally checked on the work of his subcontractors (while it was unnecessary for things were done well, it was apparent that Doug stood behind the work that was done in our home).  Doug and Gina also called us from time to time to remind us work done and to assure that we double check house locks in the evening.  My wife met with Gina a number of times to plan out some design elements.  My wife had an outstanding experience working through the design process.  Gina helped assure that we achieved a contemporary family look to our basement; and that our design matched with our upstairs scheme.  When the contractors started working, fast progress was made.  We finished our project much quicker than I anticipated.  There were no problems in the construction process.  Their team cleaned everything up as the work moved along.  Doug made sure that as the drywall was finished that most of the dust was contained in the area.  When all work was done, we were given an opportunity to complete a walkthrough and find anything that needed repaired.  Aside from a few minor paint touch-ups our basement was ready for show.  It looks great, and it is better than we originally anticipated.  There were some minor repairs that were not part of Doug's quote, yet he took the time to fix some of the entry door knobs that needed a little fix.  We highly recommend Muzzy Builders for anyone in our area!  We are enjoying our new basement space. <br />"
