"Worse moving company I have ever hired. Everything the sales person told me was a lie. I cannot believe Angi would do business with a vendor like that. The sales guy Jacob told me they had their own truck (lie), told me I would not have to pay cash(lie). They demanded Zelle and cash payments or else would hold my items hostage, told me he would be my personal concierge (lie), told me I would get my preferred day (lie). I had to be on the phone for hours to make them pick up on my preferred day. Told me my stuff would be delivered the next day (lie). I had to again be on the phone calling and texting to make sure my items would indeed be delivered the next day. The day before the move, they told me their truck had broken down and they would not be able to come till the day after. They broke several items, came late 8PM to deliver and 5PM to pick up (they had said between 10 and 1PM), demanded a tip. I was charged twice the amount originally quoted. Worse moving company ever."

"dishonest!!! Feel swindled!! Used and screwed! $2542.59 over stated cost in writing! The owner came to my house to estimate the cost of my move based on pounds. At that time he told me he was not sure what the cost would be but probably $5000. The estimate stated Transportation Charges $4,607.75 Packing Services $81.00 Fuel Surcharge $460.78 Total Services $5,149.53. Since that day we paid $2302.59 deposit. Then when the came to get the boxes there was added, step fee, elevator fee, long haul fees, parking fees... so I paid another $4900.53. Only to have them ransom my things today for another $489. We have now paid a total $7692.12!!! That is $2542.59 over what our original bid in writing stated. At every turn you are off to another employee that tells you there is a new total and it's gone up from what the last person told you. They obviously know that they hold all the cards you have to vacate your property a certain time when they show up you're gonna pay them whateve"
