"I had a concrete walkway leading up to the backyard leveled, but the levelers did not replace the heavy rock retaining wall on either side of the path. Within 15 minutes of describing the job, DiCillo Services, LLC sent a crew to my home. Within 30 minutes, that crew started and completed the retaining walls, filled in between the rocks and the garden bed, and cleaned all the mud and debris on the walkway. I would highly recommend this company because they responded to my request immediately and did an amazing job!!! The men were knowledgeable about every aspect of my plants, landscaping, lighting, rain gardens, and restructuring my front yard beds. They also were not rushed or impatient in answering all of my questions. Their warm, professional work ethic was very impressive. They never provided an estimate, given the lack of interest I decided not to follow up a 2nd time. Not sure what the issues were, but given my experience I would not recommend them for landscaping services. Bottom line, I was disappointed in lack of interest & no follow up. Ernie Kulik"
