"There were a of communication (or lack of on the part of the company) and scheduling issues. When the workers arrived they finished the project, but told me they didn’t have a truck to haul away the rubble. I was too tired to argue, so it was left for me to shovel and rake. Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."

"Byron Lowe, one of the company's owners, came out to look at what needed to be done. After looking at the basement, he suspected that water from the gutters was causing the problem. When he got up on a ladder and examined the gutter over the leak, he discovered it had a big hole in it. He sealed the hole with caulk, and also cleared the gutter and roof of leaves. He suggested that we have another gutter installed next to the front porch. We were very relieved that an expensive repair wasn't needed."
