The office said he was on his way at the scheduled time and the tech told me, he was not told i was to be his first stop. So, no one took responsibility for the 2_ hour late start. Received a quote then once job was almost done, tech stated more needed to be done and it would be an additional charge. I had to leave for my appointment without my husband and drive over an hour alone because of this. Dropped and left ash on patio outside without cleaning up.
