"We had called Mike earlier for a small gutter job over our front entrance, and were so satisfied with his work that we decided to get a quote for our house. We got a quote from a few different providers and Mike's was not only the most reasonable but he was there within the week and willing to talk to us and answer any of our questions. It was really excellent service. We were able to set an installment date within the month and the raingutters look great. The turn around time was excellent, the quality is excellent and Mike was a really great and easy guy to work with. "<p>The new rain gutters look good and work as expected. The provider also installed the gutter along a part of the roof that a previous installer had left out due to the challenge of working around phone and cable wires. <br /> I didn't use the rain barrel in the recommended location because it was too late to move the irises. The temporary location collected rain water from a much smaller roof and still filled up more often than expected. A second and third rain barrel would actually have worked out quite well. <br /> The only complaint is with the design of the rainbarrel. The spigot is near the middle of the barrel which is good for filling a bucket but the barrel never drains entirely unless you tip it. Half a barrel of water is very heavy and that's a lot of water to go out of an ordinary spigot. Leaving the barrel half-full all summer makes for a mildly stinky barrel of water. <br /> There are barrels on the market with spigots much closer to the bottom making drainage easier. They have a drawback to though. You would have to build a small scaffold so the barrel would be a couple feet off the ground. Otherwise, you can't get a bucket under the spigot. <br /> Both kinds of barrels have threaded spigots so you can hook up a hose and run it out to a tree or bush.<br /> I preferred to keep the old gutters but hauling them away along with any other cleanup comes with the price. </p> <br /> I figured I got a good deal and would purchase from Quality Seamless Gutters again. <br />"

"Initial estimate and communications was somewhat frustrating. Took two visits by Paradise to get the project info accurate, but once they did owner Matt pulled together a professional bid package, which was followed by a professional contract. Also, communications improved when I realized that they didn't have an office person to respond to voice messages, and I started communicating directly with Matt via email. Fence removal and installation was pretty uneventful and was completed in 4-1/2 days on some of the hottest days in June of 2015. Paradise has been very expeditious in honoring their lifetime warranty in repairing 3 small installation issues that have popped up from high wind events, the latest in February 2016 . Overall things went pretty well and I love the fence. I would suggest if you leave a voice message, to follow it up with an email."
