I can't promise he'll do extra things like that for everyone but it should tell you a lot about his work ethic and character. It also made his bid a better deal for me. <br /> <br /> Since they had gone by the time I got up (I work nights and sleep days which he knew), I had to go out and look at the garage roof to see if it was done, and I was SO pleased to see all he had done for me. I called him that night and told him his cash was here since he let me sleep. He picked it up 2 days later. There are definite perks to living in a small and friendly town. <br /> <br /> The work number given with his information is his phone number at home, which is in his ad. His cell is also listed in bigger type, 855-8637. He advertises in our local town paper and has signs on his work truck. This is a local man doing this type of work on his own for 20+ years here in our town. I definitely recommend him."
