"I needed to replace my home's original deck. A friend recommended Jim Pull with Premier Exteriors, so I had Jim out for a consultation and estimate. I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. "Brian came out and was told we wanted the air conditioner cleaned and a tune up plus a new smart thermostat. He fiddled with air conditioner said it was good to go. Programed the thermostat and over 900 dollars later left. We turned it on and barely any air came out. Here 2 63 year old, one very disabled and we were keeping our grandkids, a 6 month old and a 5 year old for a few weeks with no air conditioner. Brian returned my call saying we told we had no water source so that's why he didn't clean it and he offered no excuses for anything else. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend him. We spent over 900 dollars. I still haven't received an itemized reciept."
