There were a couple small scratches here and there on the fence, not really noticeable from a few feet away, but still I wanted to take care of them. The installers left me with a can of touch up spray paint, but it wasn't quite a match. I took pictures, texted them to Keith and he ordered the correct paint directly from the manufacturer and provided helpful info on how to apply it. Not a ding on him or the installers as far as I'm concerned, in fact I really appreciate that he was on top of getting it corrected right away!"

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."
