"We built a completely new home on our lot in 2022, and construction was completed in 2023. We met with many homebuilders to start our process, and throughout our build there was never an instance where we second guessed our decision to build with Jeff. We felt Jeff and his team were transparent, communicative, and collaborative from design to move-in. Our house is well above our expectations thanks to Jeff's decisions, management, and coordination. We've been in for over two years now without any issues. I would (and have) highly recommended Jeff Steele for new build needs. You'll get a well-made, well-designed house without any surprises along the way. Thanks Jeff!"

"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"Everything went well.  The installers were very nice and professional, they explained the work prior to starting, and they did a quality job without leaving a mess.  Furthermore, it was a no frills sales experience, and the salesman gave me the addresses of a few homes where the company had worked so that I might get an idea as to the quality of their product."

"<p>We loved working with Griffey Remodeling and would hire them again in an instant.  We interviewed an architect and three home builders/remodelers.  We chose Charlie because he could do the architect piece and build, which saved money compared to what the independent architect wanted, and he was using his own plans, so it went smoother because it was all his work and he knew what he was doing.  The price was also more fair compared to other prices we got.  He said, "I started out building decks and I could build this entire garage myself if I had to."  Loved to hear that.  He took all the time he  needed with our questions and was so patient and friendly.  We saw his booth at the Home & Garden show and we could tell he had some great work.</p> <p> We give this company an A+++.  Our project started about September 1 and was done by Thanksgiving. We had neighbors guessing that would never occur, but it did. We were able to show it off to out of town family at Thanksgiving!  They matched the tudor style of the house and used all the same colors and materials for everything that I dug out of my files.  It looks like the garage has always been there though the house was built in 1972.   Charlie was honest from the start, put everything in writing, and no numbers changed on us from beginning to end unless we added something.  He would even back off things I found myself and delivered to the site that I wanted to incorporate.  They also let me research and pick things out myself like exterior lights, pull down attic stairs, exterior doors, garage doors, stone on outside steps.  I like being involved in colors and design too and they let me give final input though they will also do it all for you.  It was awesome because my husband is an engineer and we have done all past renovations ourselves so I was used to being hands on with it. They were easy to work with if I wanted to switch something.  </p> <p>If I purchased something myself, I could get points on credit card, deliver it to them, and they would back it off the bill for me.  Being an anal accountant, they passed all the tests.  If a draw was due and I had to sell stock and transfer, they were lenient on time due.   They let my husband and I paint the interior drywall and I stained all the Pella windows after they were installed to save money.</p> <p>We also loved our project manager Jeff P.  He was so friendly and had excellent building experience 20+ yrs himself with larger home builders.  We could talk with him for hours.   We'd say Jeff needs a promotion and a raise!  Don't let him go anywhere because we need more remodeling done.  Anything that went wrong, he fixed immediately.  He was always available by text or phone. On our teardown of the old structure, the neighbors split rail fence had a broken beam and they had it fixed by the next day.  We also had some trouble with the tear out of a cement porch slab that had metal bars going into the cinder block of the crawl space and they also had their masons fix that at no charge.  A third thing that happened was my fault. I gave them a wrong gutter color for the brown gutters and we had to have them replaced after they were cut and bent, and luckily they didn't start installing them so they were so nice to split the bill with me because we didn't check it prior because I thought I had the right color.  It is now February and we have no issues with any of the work. Love the garage.  My husband & I spend weekends out there doing things.</p> <p>All subcontractors were excellent.  The brick guy, the masons,... though many of the guys are employed by Griffey.  I was nervous about having people in the house I didn't know but it was no trouble and we had no issues. Jeff was there too.  Because the exterior had a lot of decorative and fancier cedar work and curves/corners Griffey put Lance on our job who is an Amish carpenter from Plain City - out where Miller Cabinet is, so we had a top of the list carpenter/finish carpenter on our job.  Lance did some awesome glossed cedar work on the ceiling of the walkway to the garage.  I wish I could post pictures. My husband would just stand outside and watch the carpenters in awe. They trimmed out things and put details on things with woodworking that I never would have even thought of and I consider myself pickier.  Loved the experience and we will definitely call Griffey Remodeling again when we turn our old garage into a great room.  I would also love to use them to extend the dining room to fit bigger table, and to finish off the attic.</p> <br />"

"From the very beginning, working with the owners Rick and Jeremy was a real pleasure. They were very professional and we felt very comfortable discussing the design options and the process of construction. <br /> Prior to starting, the basement included masonry block walls and concrete slab floors. We decided to drywall all of the walls and create a separate storage area by adding new walls. An existing room was modified and opened up by demolishing two walls. We had carpet installed over half of the area and a very nice looking engineered hardwood floor over the other half. <br /> The bar area turned out really nice and included a sink, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and a beer kegorator. The countertops were granite and the cabinets and woodwork was a rich dark color. <br /> The HVAC system was modified based on the changes made in the basement layout. <br /> We used variable-level can lighting throughout the basement with multiple switches for flexibility. <br /> Rick and Jeremy discussed all the required work with us and made sure the modifications met or exceeded the building standards. <br /> All of their subcontractors were highly qualified and were people they have worked with for many years. <br /> All of the work proceeded on schedule and on budget, even with our requested changes during remodeling. <br /> We could not be happier with the final product that Rick Kelley Builders designed and constructed. We continue to recommend their work to anyone looking to remodel their home. We were so happy we actually expanded the work by having our laundry room remodeled. See our review under Remodeling ? General. <br /> Thanks Rick Kelley Builders !!!!"

"Greg Marietta is hands down the best contractor I've ever hired.  He is professional, prompt, and honest.  He checked in with me whenever he needed clarification on what I wanted.  He made suggestions that were always in my best interest.  <br /> I needed approval from the HOA Board to build the closet because of the structural wall, a city permit and a copy all his credentials were required for the Board Meeting on Tuesday.  I hired him on Saturday, by the end of business Monday he had all paperwork and a city permit he was able to get in ONE day! <br /> This job was a small but complicated job.  He finished it in 5 days, 2 days sooner than he predicted.  The closet looks beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. <br /> Hire Greg, for your construction or remodeling projects.  He is the best I've ever hired. <br />"

"David Osmond is the owner of the company and I love him. I have used them in the past too and they are wonderful. They are very clean. They used to clean up at the end of every day. The owner keeps in contact via e-mail or phone call. So he is always available. All the workers who work for him are very friendly and personable. They are awesome. I highly recommend them. I have also recommended them to everybody else who was looking for remodeling, house building and repairs. They did a great job. I would definitely use their services in the future too."

"Five years after moving into our house we were finally ready to update our house's full bathroom. The bathroom design and fixtures were (from what we believe to be) last updated from the early 90s. A pedestal sink and clawfoot tub (converted to a shower) were a couple of the features that just did not fit our needs. The bathroom's footprint is quite small (just 6ft x 7.75ft) and afforded no built-in storage. So for a remodel we knew what was on our need-to-have list. Our goal was to convert the tub to a real shower and replace the pedestal sink with a cabinet that would give us more storage and maximize the available space. We had received quotes from remodelers that led us to believe that we would have to go down the route of having to do a custom build/remodel. The fixtures and custom finishes of these proposals were very nice but the price (in our mind) for such a small space were out of our budget. We were also told a remodel could take a month to complete. Being without our only full bathroom for that long just didn't seem realistic. So after searching online for other options we came across Simple Bath. Shawn Barral, our design consultant, showed that we could achieve our goal without going down the expensive & lengthy custom build/remodel route. The design, fixtures, & components they proposed allowed for cost and installation-time savings. These advantages ultimately fit our goal. Going through the process from preliminary design, fixture & finish selection, measurement, demolition, and installation all went very smooth. Our installers, Justin & Hunter, were tasked with (in my opinion) unenviable job of demolition which included removal of a very heavy cast-iron tub and very dusty & dirty work associated with plaster & lathe walls. They also persevered through the challenges of working with an old home which included unleveled floors and out of plumb walls in addition to a very tight workspace. At the end of each work day the worksite was clean and tidy, which was something that is often overlooked during a remodel. By the end of the work week, the installation finished right on time with incredible results. It was an incredible transformation that happened so quickly and so smoothly. Our new bathroom is so much more presentable and vastly more usable."
