"Brad was extremely helpful. He came very quickly to make emergency repairs on very old skylights. He was able to tell us that although the roof needed to be replaced, it wouldn't be a problem to wait until spring. Brad is very detail oriented and reviewed his estimate in great detail and answered all of our questions. We told him the shingle color we liked and he gave us addresses we could look at to see the shingles actually on a roof. He did the roofing in two parts to accommodate carpentry that needed to be completed before the second part of the roof and skylights could be installed. He and his crew were here when we expected, finished the work in a timely manner and did a complete clean-up every day. "I asked Roofmasters to repair some roof leaks after a referral from a neighbor. Kirk from Roofmasters inspected the damage and said I had enough damage to submit a claim for a new roof. He worked with the insurance claims people to get our roof replaced. He and his crew arrived about 9 am and began removing the two layers of our old roof. They completed the new roof by 3 pm. They covered up our bushes and flowers to protect them from any falling debris. They moved and protected patio furniture and our hot tub cover, taking images so they could move the furniture back where it was prior to the new roof. They made sure we could move our car and go in and out of the house safely during the installation. The crew was very professional and thorough. Our new roof really sets off our house with the new roof and peak vents. We feel fortunate to have had Roofmasters handle our roof installation from the initial claim to the installation and then the final paperwork for payment. We have recommended Roofmasters to our friends who are also pleased with his service."

"We had a great experience with Muth & Company Roofing for our roof replacement project. Our sales contact was Kelly, He was excellent to work with all the way through the process. Regarding the demo, the crew took great care to protect my house and property while removing the old roof. They made sure all old materials went into the dumpster as soon they were removed from the house. I was impressed with the install crew too: Right tool for the right job by using a crane to lift the new materials onto my roof VS running them all up manually. They were very efficient and worked in pairs as they put on the new roof. Job was completed in one long day which impressed me as i thought for sure it would take more than a day to complete. The GAF Timberline UHDZ shingle with the extra shadow line is a huge improvement from my old shingle. Really makes my house pop. We love the improved curb appeal of our house with the new roof. The crew made sure to clean up before the project was completed and Brian our project manager even did touch up painting for me. Hard to tell they were even here! Overall, clearly a 5 star performance!"

He was very thorough in explaining the entire process and what exactly was going to be done. He was flexible about a starting date for the job as we were going to be out of town for a while just after the bidding process was done. Once a date was set (by us), the crew arrived on that date and completed the job in the estimated time. The crew was professional, they kept us informed all along the way, they cleaned up the job site at the end of each day very well, they worked very hard, they protected the house with tarps when there was some rain and also overnight, and did an outstanding job.  They did a good job of protecting our property as they did the work. "Tony came to our house for the appointment very fast after I called. He checked everything out in our attic space and on the roof and did a repair for me without trying to sell me anything. He did take pictures of a few issues with our roof where there were some issues with the original installation. My husband and I decided to replace it due to age.
