"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. "All work was done in a timely, professional manner.  Shingles and majority of the work was done within two days with a few items finished a few weeks later-a skylight that had to be ordered, etc.
Everyone did a top notch job.  The roofers even went over the grounds two times picking up nails after the job was done, and did a very good job at that.  They were very pleasant folks.  We were glad to have them do the work.
After the ridge vents were installed, I noticed s savings in my electric bill, too.  We wee able to raise our thermostat by 3 degrees and still stayed cool in the last few hot days of summer.  Ridge vents are definitely the way to go.
