They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. They never left a mess and were easy to communicate with. We are very happy with the whole experience and our house looks awesome! Thanks Krumwiede Home Pros we are happy we met you!"

The first job was an urgent one and he managed to squeeze it in and get it done on time, even working through some of his previously scheduled vacation time. He was very careful to seal off the work so that no mold was able to enter the living space of the home and gave us lots of options on materials. For the non-rush job, we had to wait awhile to have it done as his schedule was booked out for quite awhile, but once he and his team were able to do it, he made an effort to, again, get it done in time for the deadline we needed it by -- and the new roofline looks great. I'd definitely hire JP Improvements again. They cost more than some others, but they do good work."
