The flooring we bought was slightly different from the original, but you can hardly tell that it's different. We asked him to do the patch-in the same direction as the wood grain in the original flooring. This involved a lot more cutting, but it turned out great! Luckily, it was a beautiful day, so he said he didn't mind going out to our patio to cut the pieces. And it was warm enough that day that he could just leave the sliding door open and go in and out easily as he needed! He must be an excellent puzzle master, as he got the whole floor back together and looking great! He even cleaned up after the work so the room looks better than ever."

"Al was awesome to work with. Naturally, I had burned the vinyl siding in the FRONT right by the front door. Al patiently went around our house and found a section of vinyl siding that was the same size in an obscure area. He then pulled off the burned piece and swapped it out with the other piece, which was great, because of where it was, I was able to put up a trellis which completely hides the burned spot. Now the siding by our front door is perfect!!! Thanks Al !!!! Now my husband's not all crabby about the damaged siding and you did an excellent and fast job!!!"
