"We live on a Seattle houseboat, 16x48 ft two stories. At the same time we had the painting done we also had new windows (12) installed. This necessitated that we have the houseboat "hauled out" to a boatyard so that scheduling the two jobs to run concurrently was a vital issue. It went as smoothly as it was possible. "After over two years of working on our plans, and getting some preliminary drawing done we had a great vision for our new back patio. We talked with numerous builders as we prepared to start our project. We met with Anthony, and looked at several of Straight Line’s previous projects. We marveled at how elegant their projects looked, so we chose to work with them. While we thought we had our project figured out, Anthony did suggest that we may make some adjustments during the course of the construction. He was absolutely correct as we choose to make several adjustments during the process. Everyone we worked with connected with Straight-line; Brad-owner, Anthony-project manager, Brant-lead carpenter, Wesley-concrete, Andre-Painter, Mike-electrician, were so helpful. All the workers we’re more than willing to accommodate our adjustments. Even more valuable for us was how frequently they lent their experienced eyes to suggest options that looked better than what we had originally planned. In the end our back patio looks truly spectacular. Our only frustration was that it was hard to stay on schedule. We realize a few weeks in delay will pale in comparison to a lifetime of backyard enjoyment in our new space. We can’t stop smiling when we walk out into our newly created patio space. We would highly recommend using this company for any outdoor project large or small. In fact even after completion of the work, and payment was made they have been willing to come out to do touch up work to assure everything looked exactly the way it should. "Dan came in and gave us a   quote.  I called to schedule.  At the appointed time, Bob came over and took out the cabinet doors to go to the shop for lacquer, then he began cleaning and priming.  bob was careful to make sure that he had the door numbered, including the hardware, so that it could be put back together.  I bought some hinges to match our appliances, but they didn't quite fit and John took my old hinges and painted them the color that I needed.  Throughout they were on time, professional and worked very cleanly.  These guys are VERY VERY good.  Came in on time and on budget.  Great experience.            <br />"
