"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"This was a large job which required removal of the old roof - multiple layers of asphalt shingle and cedar shake down to rafters. The house is a large old Victorian with multiple angles and outcroppings, and very steep. There was also a one car garage. As promised, Royal arrived on day 1 - a Monday in 12 degree weather - with 3 dump trucks, several other trucks with men and equipment and over 30 workers. They swarmed over the house and by 10 AM the roof was stripped to the rafters and by the end of the day new plywood, underlayment and shingles had been installed on more than 3/4 of the roof. All work was completed in 4 days. Every night the property was thoroughly cleaned up. Progress was provided during the entire job by sending photos taken with a drone - terrific! Overall we were impressed and pleased with the work and the fact that it truly took 4 days. We had seen other jobs in the neighborhood take 3 weeks or more to complete. You pay for this kind of service - it is not cheap - but it is totally worth it. In addition, all of the workers and the project managers are very professional and attentive to your needs. I'll never have to use them again for this job, but I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you need a roof, gutters etc."

"This was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor. Jacob and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Jacob was able to stay within our budget. Cost that was estimated is what was invoiced at the end of the job. We started off with just getting our roof replaced but then decided to put a new roof and siding on our garage. Everything was done within two days. Left the outside of our house spotless. I recommend JI Roofing to everyone that needs to get their roof and or siding done."

"Installation Date: Late August 2022 The roof installation and gutters were installed and look great. I DO NOT like what they did with the flashing on my chimney. It looked cheap, put together in haste, and with really bad and cheap materials. I had to call and argue with a representative to explain to him that the job they did on the chimney was horrible and that it had to be corrected. He tried to convince me it was the way it's done. I then showed him my neighbors house who had their roof done by another company. Power Home charges a premium and it didn't seem like they were very invested in the job they were doing. Additionally, the trash bin that was delivered was way to small and all the trash didn't fit. As a consequence, they left trash in front on my house and on my property for weeks after. I had to call a second time and resort to begging to get them to come by to pick up the trash. Overall, I feel like they didn't respect the job they were doing, the final touches were horrible, and they didn't treat my home with love or respect (as if it were their own home). Also, there is now a huge gap between the siding and the new roofing material. I fee they should have found and budgeted for a solution for that issue in the form of a bit of siding or flashing to minimize that gap. Now water and critters will get in through that gap. Overall, if I could do it again, I would defiantly NOT chose Power Home Remodeling. I DO NOT recommend them."

"Jake and his crew did a great job, I was adding solar panels to my roof and wanted new shingles and plywood to support the installation. I called several companies and found JAGG to offer the best price. I was very happy with the work, one day, full crew everything done. very impressed with the cleanup, not a nail to be found. LI Solar even asked for there information!! If you need Roofing , siding or Windows give JAGG a call. Excellent, 5 star work!!"

"I had a great experience with the Exterior team company. Ronald was very punctual in the initial visit for an estimate. I explained to him that I could not be there and he scheduled another time the same day to return to discuss the estimate. He was on time that evening as well. He was very fairly priced. We scheduled the job a month out. He had all materials delivered the morning of and the crew was on site by 7 30. They worked hard throughout the day and as a thunderstorm was coming, they worked tirelessly to cover the remainder of the roof. They returned the next day, completed the job and cleaned up. The roof is looking great. I would highly recommend Ronald and his crew."

"Memo's Home Improvement should get more than 5 stars!! I picked one thing they did for me in the service drop-down above but really it was a LOT of things. Demolition of my counters, installation of my sink/faucet, installation of my backsplash, installation of my fireplace tile, spackle/paint and I'm sure I'm missing something. But what's important to mention is the amazing work Memo and his team did. I couldn't be happier with all of it! Abby is a pleasure to work with, she is very responsive and when she said Memo would be there, he always was, there was never any question about what time or when he would be arriving.
