"Everything went extremely well. Communication was good throughout the work being done with the pine trees being lowered to just the right spot. Branches were trimmed back as needed. The overgrown shrubs now look like they should. The team leader, TJ, was very easy to work with. The team appeared to be very experienced and professional. Clean up was excellent. All and all I am very pleased with the outcome."

The crews arrived promptly on the days they were scheduled to come, worked very hard throughout the day, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They worked for two solid days. My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. They did a very careful job of removing trees around the house, and raked and cleaned up the mess afterwards. "Jon, the owner, was very quick to respond to my call. He came out within a couple days to meet with me and discuss the job. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me in detail. The tree that was needed to be removed had grown into the fence near it. It was a difficult job, stated to me by several tree experts including Big Twigs. Jon was the only company that would remove the tree AND stump. The other companies would not even consider removing the stump. The fence post was the only thing left at the area when the job was completed. Jon and his team did an amazing job!!!!!!! They did a better job than I had expected due to the nature of the fence and post being a huge hurdle to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend Big Twigs.
