"Countertop & Wall splash Refinish by Get a Grip Resurfacing On time, able to create a custom color similar to what I really wanted with a metallic finish that matches the chrome and oil brushed bronze and makes the white cabinets pop. Their prices are fair and they agreed to come back to repair some minor damage caused by the company that followed up with the painting of the cabinets. This is huge for me as I was really worried when I saw the damage. I highly recommend this company and will be using them on a second unit remodel. "These people did a good job on the sales side. However, I have had a few problems since the installation. They have been very frustrating to deal with on the service side. I need to point out all of the problems are within the warranty period. I have sent emails with pictures of the problems and have texted people, and they have said they will schedule repair, but nothing happens. On the most recent problem I have sent pictures and have received texts back saying, "yes, it's a problem" but can't get anyone to fix it. My opinion is they have no clear chain of command to take care of issues after the install. They advertise we are a small company and can sell for less. The reality is, yes then can sell for less but service after the fact is terrible. The pictures below are poor or failed caulking in less than a year. The other problem I had was the shower bar was installed upside down. That has been repaired but again it took months to get anyone's attention."
