"It went bad quickly after Sal and I came reached an agreement that he'd do the project, which was a simple ground level deck and an exterior door replacement. The materials he provided were deficient in quality, there were large cracks in the wood he used for the deck's support and there were scratches on the decking planks. His help was unqualified and urinated in my yard, he doesn't provide a portable toilet for them. I also came to find out from his help that he doesn't carry workers compensation insurance as is required. "

The scope of the project includes roof, windows, electrical work, exterior wall, tankless water heater, building a new gate, among other things. The project took a few months and it went smoothly the whole way through. Quality of work - Weâ re picky people. Between my husband and I, we checked everything with a fine tooth comb. And at the end of it, even WE were delighted with what we saw. Cesar does everything he can to make sure you're getting what you want. And he delivers. This was apparent from the very beginning. "OMG stay away, I have never been deceived or have been treated this poorly in my life. They made all of these promises (I have them on tape) and actually texted me and told me they were finished. I went to inspect the work and when I called them they said they never said they would do the work explained (even though they just texted me and told me they did it) They never completed the job, their workman caused severe damage to the deck floor with his ladder, and the over all work is a joke. Do some research before hiring them, don't be scammed as I was!"
