It is very obvious that someone had stepped where they weren’t supposed to or dropped something heavy. The area is now sagging more and opening up to my attic. The company told me that in the contract it states that they are not responsible for any damage to the inside of the home what so ever. READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN. I was told that no one will be calling me back regarding the matter. Management has refused to speak to me even once. The only communication I’ve had is with their call center and one conversation with a sales person. I’m just seeking assistance in paying for the damage they caused as it is an expensive extra cost that I cannot really afford. I now have to emergently get my entire ceiling replaced because it’s falling down. I deeply deeply regret going with this company."
