It was difficult for the repair person to find however while he was looking he noticed a lack of sealant around several of the roof penetration's metal flashing. Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

"I had a small roof and gutter repairs after a storm. Gino came out to quote the job and inspected the entire roof. He found a few other items which needed repair and included them and a 3 year warranty on the repairs in the overall cost which came in at the insurance quote. He offered a second option which was the same repairs but with a 7 year warranty covering repairs for leaks etc. for the *entire* roof. It almost doubled the cost but we decided to take advantage of it because our roof is ~12 years old. Gino is a professional and a very nice guy.
