"I contacted Frank for some light electrical needs as my light fixtures on my detached garage haven't worked in quite some time. Frank did a walkthrough and noted the previous owner either wired the garage him/herself or hired an amateur and due to safety issues the whole garage had to be re-wired. So, when our lights were flickering and some decided to stop working, he was the first person we thought of to call. Frank came by the house within 15 minutes of our conversation to check out the issue, luckily other family was home. Long story short, the electricity problem was an outside line power company issue.
