He took pictures of the attic to show us the droppings, nest etc.. and explained what methods he would use to rid us of the mice that were inhabiting the space. He was very thorough, walking around the exterior of the house to identify where the mice were getting in and advising us on how and when to block the entrance (after the mice left). The mice are gone and we will definitely call Animal Control Specialists again should we ever have problems with unwanted wildlife again! Definitely recommend this company!"
