"A1 is my primary electrical service company from this day forward. My underground cable from street to my meter lost a leg of power. We had partial power and that meant no AC.I switched to generator with a transfer panel which ran 10 circuits only. I setup 3 electric repair companies to come out ASAP for estimates. A1 was the first to show up , same day. The estimator , Ricardo, was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he saw as needing to be done .My house panel was an old Federated panel and he informed me it had to be replaced/relocated due to code and suggested upgrade my service to 150. I was not happy to hear, but the next 2 companies that showed up said the same thing. Ricardo was very quick with his estimate as well as answered all my calls even after he left. The appointment was made for Monday morning and we had power restored that night. The inspector said they did a great install."

"I did my research into multiple contractors prior to contacting Team Enoch for my HVAC needs. My evaporator coil failed and needed to be replaced. I spoke with Miles who provided me useful information and recommendations. Though he was not the cheapest solution, I felt that he provided a great value for the service and components to be replaced. On the day of install, the team arrived promptly on time and was very efficient, professional and courteous throughout the process. They wore masks and gloves and were mindful about the quality of the work, while making all the connections and installation points neat and secure. "Mr. Sparky was the first to respond to my request and they responded promptly. Their technician was professional and knowledgable and presented himself well. The only negative I would comment on is that the part needed for my repair was not immediately available and someone in the distribution network dropped the ball getting it for the next day, so it took a couple days to complete the repair. In addition, when the repair appointment for the second day couldn't be made on time I didn't receive a call to keep me apprised of the status. Otherwise Mr. Sparky was excellent and I would use them again."
