"We had a great experience with Allstate windows. Steve came out and met with us about the upgrades we wanted to do with our windows and siding. Steve answered all of our questions concerning the job. He was very knowledgeable in the products he was offering which made us feel comfortable, we received our quote by the next day decided to go with Allstate windows. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installation process was done in a timely matter by his crew. When the job was done they cleaned everything up and left the area very clean. "Got another estimate as well. Asked for itemized list of work to be done. Roger detailed each process of the job with a thorough explanation. Other company gave a total cost only. When I asked what it included the salesman said, "everything". Roger and his crew arrived early each day and worked until evening. Our siding looks great and our house is better insulated. They removed old gutters and replaced them and replaced old gable louvers as well. All work that was promised in their quote was done included in the price. Finally, I was very impressed with Roger's organizational skills. Each morning he assigned tasks to his 3 additional workers and in the evening everyone cleaned up the job site. I'd highly recommend Roger McKinley and his crew."

Randy Johnson came right out, within an hour from our phone call, and fixed it! No charge! After inspecting the other windows to see how they were supposed to function, he discovered that the window he fixed really didn't need any further work or replacement and there was no charge or pressure to buy anything.
