"We called the office and spoke to Judy. She scheduled a technician to come out and give us an estimate. A Technician came out and gave us a written estimate to remove a small tree. Estimate was reasonable, so when Judy followed up with us, we scheduled the service. Technicians came out, removed the tree and hauled away the debris. Judy was pleasant and the technicians were courteous, on time for all appointments and they removed all debris. An excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended. "I contacted Tree Trimming originally via Angie's list and sherry called the next business day. At that time I told her we had decided to delay the work until October. However, we then decided to go ahead and get it done so I called back a few days later and made and appointment for Will to come out and give us an estimate. He arrived at the appointed time and checked out the trees. He gave me an estimate with that was acceptable and we scheduled the tree service to be done on the afternoon of 3 September. At a little after 4:30 on 3 September, he called and said there truck had mechanical problems. The next morning I rescheduled the work to be done on 10 September. A large crew arrived on that date and tackled both trees at the same time. The crew in the back yard was incredibly thorough. They trimmed all the lower and low hanging branches and removed all brush remnants. When I walked around later that day I did not find even one small branch. The job in the front yard was adequate. although I thought they could have trimmed a little more on the side of the yard near my neighbors driveway. When I walked around later, I found about a half dozen small branches about two feet long laying in the grass and it is a relatively small front yard. Overall though I was satisfied with the work especially in the back yard and will probably hire them again."
