"First off, Jerry came and talked with me about the product and made me feel very comfortable. He answered any questions I had and didn't make me feel like I was asking anything that was stupid or dumb. He made me feel like I was a friend. He worked with my schedule for the install which is unheard of these days. The day of the install Carson one of his Management team came out and made sure that everything was still ok and went over everything one more time to make sure there was no problems, he was very professional but also, made you feel like a friend. Chris the installer arrived and asked a few questions to make sure of everything and was very professional, also very personable making you feel like a friend, toward the end of the install there was a misunderstanding about something and Chris was asked if it could be fixed and he fixed it to mine and my wife's satisfaction. The whole experience with GPS was definitely a five star ( if I could give it more I would) experience. They weren't the cheapest but to me they were the best represented and best quality for the money I spent putting gutters on my home. I don't have any standing water in my wife's flower beds, and we don't have water pooling around the foundation of our house anymore. If you need gutters call Jerry and talk to him, mention my review, he can bring you by my home any time or he can call me anytime and I will tell you the same thing in person."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
