"I had a hole put in my ceiling.. and sense i paid them they wouldn't fix it.. I pointed out something to the roofers and it made them mad, I know the roofer knocked a hole with his shovel, I tried calling the company and Gary himself, and they blew me off, worst co I've ever used, I was a contractor in housing all my life, "

"Colton was our contractor. He was very efficient. Stayed on the job and made sure we were satisfied with his work. At times he would ask what we preferred, before he would complete a project. He Was very considerate. Definitely a people person. Was a pleasure to work with. The company Tailored roofing and remodeling did what they said they would do. They were able to accommodate us like we wanted. My wife was having knee surgery first of month and they held their promise to get it done by the time she was home. "Insulation guys were great but the windows are horrible. They let cold air in worse than our old windows. We called them and they finally came out and put a little strip of Insulation on them and they still let in cold air and whistle when the wind blows. We have called and left messages and no calls back. I wouldn't recommend Rolox windows to anyone. Paid around 1000$ per window and still cold air comes in. Never again."
