The Trane A/C they installed is the most efficient model available from Trane and it is spectacular The total install, including the inside unit and the garage roof unit took about 7 hours. They brought portable A/C for downstairs and upstairs and the house cooled down very quickly with out new A/C. The owner and one of his staff did the install. All employees including office staff have been just great and amazing to work with. What a pleasure."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
