After each day’s work, they walked our entire property with a big magnet in order to retrieve any errant nails or screws. They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. They always were on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The few new tiles that were needed were incorporated seamlessly and in the least visible areas. The result speaks for itself. "Monsoons are knocking at our door and I discover damaged tiles on my 21 year old roof. Angi recommended Apache Home Improvement who I found to be on top of their game start to finish. This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"Showed up a day early for an already prompt repair! Removed & repaired a section of rotten flat roof that had been leaking for years before we purchased the home. Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. Was not the cause of the original leak. Excellent crew. I'd definately hire them again."
