"We went back and forth before we could settle on a date and when rain was forecast they were kind enough to reschedule to a later date. Three young men arrived and they could not have been more professional and courteous. I have a number of stained glass windows hanging over windows and they took each of them down to wash the underlying window and rehung them. I also have storm doors within my sliding glass doors and they'd were thoroughly cleaned. They took their shoes off in the house, worked quickly and efficiently and my windows sparkle. "CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"They were prompt, friendly, gave expert advice, and did a wonderful job. The old plaster walls were uneven, cracked, and had a few holes and gaps. MS Greenjeans  repaired the holes and cracks and skim coated the walls. Every surface is now smooth and even. They also primed the walls so they are ready to paint. I am delighted with their work and their price was very reasonable."

"I was very pleased!   Very professional.  I felt comfortable with the owner .  I know my job was the largest - but he said he would help.   The Black Bear employee arrived on time on the appointed day - and went to work.   I had to head to work and when I arrived home the project had been completed.  Everything was clean, and in order.  The doors closed - and the basement window had been re-set and caulked - and looked great!  Owner Stuart Cleaveland contacted me the next day and asked if he could come and check out the work.  I was impressed.
