"We had an unusual problem in that our dryer hose vented out into a window well that when we had a torrential downpour would fill up with water, therefore rain water would seep into the dryer hose. It was difficult to find the right category to click on but I put an explanation of what I needed and Chris called me immediately, said he had someone in the area and could check it out. I was kinda worried with the storm coming tomorrow and only expected an estimate. Imagine my surprise when the guy he sent looked at it, called Chris, figured out the best course of action and completed the work today......before the tropical storm tomorrow. "Overall I would give the provider an adequate mark on the entire project now that the repairs to the original work are done.
I was glad that they did not even attempt to charge any more money to complete what I felt I had already paid for.
I would consider using this provider again.  I would also make sure that  the original contract was completed in detail with what I exactly expected to be done for the quoted price.
Alick Smith does have a year's warranty on the work they do on your home. That was what saved us on this project.  If they only warrantied their work for 30 days I do not believe I would be reporting this positive outcome.
