She is hands down the best cleaner I have ever encountered. Not only is she "speedy",she is so friendly, caring, competent, and professional. When Marie and the other cleaners finished, my house was so clean. My husband thought my 31 year old stove was replaced by a new one because it was so clean! In addition to the team, Chris made this whole process possible. He guided me throught the process and the services available. I fully intend to use these services again. Over 3 days, I received 31 hours of service (2 days of 2cleaners working together). Their fee was $75/hrs, but by purchasing a membership, I paid significantly less. Even though I am a disabled senior on a fixed income, this clean was worth every penny. I am now in a decluttered home that will be manageable to keep up. Thank you!"

"This was one of the worst experiences we have had. We contracted (verbally) with him in May after we received a quote for our projects of $650. He /his assistant did a few projects. He suggested that they come and complete other projects as they had time. We requested they wait until a later date, which was agreeable to them. Once we contacted them again, there was a complete lack of communication and focus on our project. I have text messages that show that he was unresponsive to our communications time and time again. Once he did contact us, he had a huge list of life issues, which were not acceptable as they were his problem not ours (as he agreed). He then set up a final time which he guaranteed but then consequently canceled due to another personal need. I asked for a final itemized bill. When I received it, it was almost the amount he initially quoted. However, the major projects that were quoted were never done. He refused to accommodate this in our bill."
