"After contacting Home Advisor, Tom Salamone Jr from Home Install Services, called me with in 15 min. I explained I wanted 2 windows installed in my condo in Florida while I was still in Michigan. He quickly gave an estimate and all the info I needed. I sent him 1/2 down and when I got to Florida, they were installed and looked great. There were a couple of small glitches but Tom took care of everything and he continuously communicated with me and kept everything moving right through the final county inspection. I paid on line and never met Tom in person. I would recommend Home Install Services to anyone. Also, there final cost beat all other estimates I had."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"Terrific right from the start. Great first impression, and Michael was very professional. Michael had a lot of good ideas that really made the project pop. I feel like he made recommendations like he was painting his own home. Responded quickly with a quote and was able to start in a couple of weeks. The entire interior was painted from walls, ceiling and doors. Michael actually installed 6 new interior doors for us. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend 5 Star Painting and we give him a 6 Stars rating."

"First time great ,was good job and I used an Angie's List Big Deal but couldn't complete job in time paid for. I paid extra. Second time I called the estimator wanted $100. an hour. That was to do the back half of the clean out of dead fronds. I thought that was a bit much as I expected at least another 5/6 hours based on how it went last time. I asked to bundle and put by the road. I can't afford $100. an hour for shrub clean out. Last time two people came. Work was good but not for $100. an hour. Estimator said I could not use another Angies List offer as I already used one 6 /8 months prior. This was with in city limits, 3 lot site."
