I am honestly amazed at how quickly she responds to messages. Her eye for design and attention to detail enabled us to have the closet of our dreams. I also got to work with Teresa who was extremely professional and apologetic given delay in some of the smaller items. Installers were awesome and hardworking even during the crazy Texas heat. Closet Envys professionalism and commitment to make things better or fix things despite some hiccups along the way showed that they cared about my experience. The value for money is unmatched given the alternatives in the market. Plus, Rhonda made it a lot of fun along the way. I would recommend them to everyone."

"I was promised an install date 5/20. Almost 4 months later i still have an incomplete closet. Missmatched/misaligned drawers, missing countertops, missing backsplash, other misaligned drawers etc. The originally onstalled the wrong drawer type also. Mismatched caulking etc. They have become non-responsive and I've had to dispute their charge with my cc company."
