"I had HR Phoenix Electrical Company install a new bathroom plug, and instead of wiring it properly into a dedicated 20-amp plug circuit, they cut corners and tied it into the 15-amp light circuit. Now every time I use the plug, the bathroom lights flicker. When I called them to come back and check, they brushed it off as ?normal.? Really?! That?s not normal ? that?s cheap, lazy work. To make things worse, they tricked my unsuspecting wife into paying $300 for a ?service visit? to check their own poor installation. They still haven?t refunded that money. I also paid them to install strong outdoor path lights, but two have already broken from minor bumps ? exactly what I asked them to avoid. This company is terrible, dishonest, and overpriced. They cut corners to save themselves a buck, but charge you an exorbitant amount for mediocre work. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone reputable."
