"The communication was adequate for a company. The workers showed up. The quality of work , I have to question. Very sloppy work. There are spaces that look horrible grey substance on the woodwork in our garage. Honestly, I donâ  t know if the eyesore we originally need fixed was fixed appropriately. I guess we wonâ  t know until it cracks even more It is covered in the flake epoxy"

We had several rooms painted after that and, again, they did a great job. Eric is easy to communicate with, pays attention to details as you walk through the job and finds solutions to every problem. They removed approximately 650 square feet tile from our floors. They also moved washer, dryer and removed toilet/faucet to do underneath. My husband and I am very satisfied with the job they have done and we def recommend Pineda to anybody in need of floor work. We would probably hire them again for our upstairs floors."
