They started with an initial walkthrough to evaluate what needed to be painted, and the team diligently worked to scrape down any peeling paint and apply as many coats as necessary of new paint. "We purchased a house that was built in 1969 and nothing had been updated. We have been slowly remodeling and decided to contract someone out for the drywall work. We removed wallpaper after wallpaper in each of the rooms and with the removal came some of the drywall. We also decided to completely revamp our kitchen; which included ripping out tree beams that made the room feel smaller as well as cabinets. The beams and kitchen ceilings needed drywall and extensive repairs. Hutton Painting worked hard to repair walls, remove rest of wallpaper, patch up drywall where needed, replace or put drywall where it was missing from the removal of cabinets and prep the walls for paint. They were extremely professional and got the job done. The crew even worked around our electrician that came out and we had no electric for 2 days; we very rarely find a company that does that. One of the guys Justin always was there to answer any of our questions and was extremely understanding about our needs. They even walked through the house with us several times and anything we needed to adjust, add on, or fix they did it. We have another full bathroom and bedroom that needs work and we will be calling them again. Great guys and great service. Thank you Hutton Painting and Angies List for this great company."

"Ross was a pleasure to work with during a large exterior painting project on my house. He provided a detailed contract as to what was to be done, which was helpful for both of us. The job involved painting multiple surfaces including aluminum siding and sofffits, steel window frames, stucco and wood, and he was knowledgeable about how to paint each surface. The painting was neatly done, and he cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. When I pointed out issues, he was quick to correct them. When contacted by text during while off the job, he was quick to reply making our communication easy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or hire him for another job."

"All of the work was done professionally and with a great deal of care. All of the workers were prompt and very hard working. When we had questions or concerns, Higgins was there to listen and adjust the plan to meet our concerns. We had some damaged wood that was in need of repair and they took care of that for us. We were also provided some other recommendations to make sure that areas were sealed properly, and they took care of those areas for us. Lastly, their suggestions for painting certain trim work and gutters different colors, really did a number for bringing the whole look together. The whole time, they were committed to making sure that we were happy with the work being done, and that was very comforting to know.
