The owner Nick is a working owner and in the field with our plumbers. Nick has been plumbing for almost 30 years and if you have a plumbing problem their is nothing that we can't solve. We love and appreciate all of our clients and strive to offer the best customer service possible. "When I bought my house nearly twenty years ago, I promised myself that I would do everything that I could to take good care of it. My home is a 1941 bungalow, and all the plumbing needed to be updated. Thankfully, I found Pacific Crest Plumbing on Angie’s list, and for the past eighteen years Nick, the owner, has faithfully and skillfully responded to all of my SOS plumbing calls. He has navigated the tricky basement stairs with a bulky water heater in tow and installed it with a special alarm that will ring if there is a malfunction. He has put in new water saving toilets, replaced dripping shower fixtures, unclogged sinks and drains and made sure that my entire plumbing infrastructure runs smoothly and safely. They put a plastic ring on with no seal under. Not only is there sewage in crawlspace, but our subfloor is crumbling. This is an astronomical expense. We had them also relocate a water shutoff valve in crawlspace. On inspection, they used amateurish shark bites on all connections, leaving us prone to major leaks. The contractor who fixed everything asked us if it was a diy job. They were shocked to find out we paid and hired this work out to a professional."
