"We called Jonathon on Friday and he was out Monday morning to view the job and give us an estimate. We settled on a price and the clean up was scheduled for Wednesday morning. The crew, three trucks with equipment and 6 or so workers, arrived 15 minutes early and immediately began working. Each worker knew their job and they all worked as a team to clear the trees, chip them, rake the area of all debris, and leave with the area looking great! Later in the afternoon, the stump grinder came and reduced the stumps to below ground level. The work was completed within 25 minutes and they left as quickly as they had arrived. We were very pleased!"

"We were originally scheduled for an early December job, but a slot opened and we were inserted two months earlier. Doug and his crew showed up early in the morning on the first day to drain the pool and begin tearing down the safety fence, removing accessories and making way for the machinery to gain access to the pool area. Once everything was cleared, a bobcat and a backhoe were used to remove the concrete and break up the marcite as necessary to meet code. All waste and concrete remnants were hauled away. Day two involved filling the pool after approval by the town inspector, then putting down topsoil and seeding the area. The entire job was completed in two days. Now, three weeks later, the seed is sprouting with an expectation that the lawn will establish well next spring. All in all, it seems that Pool Busters did a great job! The final proof will be seeing how much the pool area settles after the winter season. So far, so good after a couple of saturating rains."

They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. Great customer service and they earned their money working in some frigid and snowy weather. I hope to never have another sewer backup, but if I do, I will call Clog Busters."
